1. All orders are to be made via email to jshopja@yahoo.com.sg

2. Please email your order in the following format:
- Full name
- Contact Number
- Mailing Address
- Product Code (beside product description)
- Preferred Size/Colour (if applicable)
- Preferred Delivery Mode (Non-Registered/Registered Mail/Self-Collection)

3. Please wait for email confirmation on order before payment is made.

4. Items will be reserved for 3 days upon confirmation of orders, after which we reserve the right to cancel the order.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
1. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our POSB/OCBC/UOB Bank Account.

2. Account Number will be included in the email confirmation.

DELIVERY DETAILS:
1. By PostageItems will be posted out within the next 3 working days after we have received your payment. Postage charges will be included in your payment when we email the order confirmation.

This will be arranged accordingly to our schedule. In the event that we are not able to carry out the delivery, we'll send your items to you via registered postage.
